At Jorgensen Reeve Builders, we support projects that make a lasting impact—whether through senior living renovations, animal care facilities, or operational upgrades. This season, we’re wrapping up two California builds and starting a new chapter in Arizona.
📦 Tolleson, AZ – Home Depot Distribution Center
We’re excited to share that JRB has officially started work in Arizona!
Our team is providing construction management services for a significant restroom refresh at the Home Depot Distribution Center in Tolleson. The scope includes:
New plumbing fixtures
Updated toilet partitions and accessories
Tile repair and professional cleaning
Countertop replacements and surface upgrades
This project is targeted for completion in late May and marks a new chapter in JRB’s expansion into the Southwest.
🏡 Valley Oaks Village: Final Phase in Progress
Work is nearing completion at Valley Oaks Village, a 55+ senior living community. This multi-family renovation includes improvements to both indoor and outdoor common spaces to better serve residents and staff.
Recent updates include:
Installation of updated finishes throughout the clubhouse
Refreshed lounge and gathering areas with modern lighting and acoustic paneling
Renovated bathrooms and meeting rooms
Upgraded flooring, paint, and wall treatments throughout
Pool and deck enhancements for improved accessibility and usability
The design intent was to create spaces that are both inviting and efficient—offering residents more comfortable, functional environments to relax, socialize, or participate in community programming. The project is moving into final punch list items and exterior wrap-up.
🐾 🐾 Best Friends | NKLA: New Surgery Center in West LA
JRB is currently wrapping up our construction management services for a new surgery center at Best Friends | NKLA in West Los Angeles. The upgraded facility will help expand medical services for homeless dogs and cats, supporting their no-kill mission.
The new center features:
A fully equipped, state-of-the-art operating room
Updated prep and recovery spaces
Integrated systems designed for efficient, high-volume care
Best Friends Animal Society leads the No-Kill Los Angeles (NKLA) initiative, bringing together city shelters and local partners to help save more lives and move closer to a no-kill future.
