Construction
York Oxy Studios – Our project for Occidental College on York Blvd. continues full steam ahead. Concrete poured and framing complete. Mechanical, plumbing and electrical are currently being roughed in. The building is being readied for roofing, stucco and storefront in the upcoming weeks.
WOODLAND HILLS – Jorgensen-Reeve Builders, Inc. is proud to bring you an update on exciting projects.
Projects in the Works
Lancaster- Currently in the final pre-construction phase, for a 40,000 sq. ft. warehouse buildout. This project will be a state of the art facility for the cultivation, extraction, and manufacturing of cannabis including associated offices and related facilities. This project will be one of the first of it’s kind in the state, since California passed legislature legalizing recreational cannabis.
Construction Management
Indio– The Sun Community Credit Union (Building 8) and Starbucks (Building 3) buildings are continuing with the foundation and framing work is complete, stucco is being applied. Building M.E.P is being roughed in, storefront is completed. Both buildings are ready for site finishes & tenant turnover. Buildings 4 & 5 are in the design phase and will be ready to break ground in the not too distant future. Phase 3 of the project in Indio will include a movie theater, gym, hotel, restaurant and retail buildings.
Barstow and Victorville- New construction is in the design phase in Barstow on a new 6,400 sq. foot multi-tenant building, Jack in The Box building and Wells Fargo drive through pad will be the new additions to the site. In Victorville, site work and design are underway for a new multi-tenant building.
