Construction-Red Studios– Located in Hollywood, CA. Red Studios has a long-storied history of film and television production since 1915, from Metro Pictures to Desilu Studios and now owned and operated by Red Digital Cinema Camera Company. We have completed some cosmetic upgrades to their restrooms, which included new lavatories, fixtures and custom cabinetry. We look forward to upcoming projects with the team at Red Studios.
Projects in the works- Old Road– Currently under design and development. Old road is bringing 3 new multi-use commercial retail buildings along Old Rd. off the 5 Freeway in Valencia. Just minutes from Magic Mountain, this project will be adding to the section known as “Restaurant Row”.
Construction Management Corner- Brickworks– 1501 Sunset is a multi-use mix of retail and residential commercial lining Sunset in the city of Echo Park. The project will consist of approximately 15,000 square feet of prime retail space that is designed to transform the center into a trendy urban food court with a collection of the latest eateries and restaurants. Brickworks is currently in plan development.
Indio– Building 6 is completed and the different spaces are being turned over to the clients. The site work is coming along, curbs are being set, asphalt laid down, striping and signage are being installed. Building 6 is the first piece of this destination center in Indio. The project includes new approaches, site audio system, landscaping, site lighting, which creates a community type destination. Next up for the site project is the future Starbucks and Sun Federal Credit Union buildings, which have broken ground.
