Time for some catch up with what JRB has going on in November

Equinox – JRB has begun a new project in San Francisco, which consists of the construction of their pre-sale’s office on Mission St. It’s a 3,500 square foot, temporary tenant improvement to be used as a pre-sales showroom. The project is pre-cursor to their next gym on Mission St. The gym will be a 33,000 square foot, full-service health and fitness club with spa and massage services. In West Hollywood, Equinox is slated to remodel their 50,000 square foot gym, which will include 2,100 square feet of new gym space, upgraded finishes, and reconfigured spa area.

Construction Management – We are getting ready to start a 2-acre site project in Oxnard. It will consist of demolition of an existing building and site finishes, then grading, power upgrade, and an all new parking lot. Once completed the project will roll into two ground up, 4,000 square foot buildings for future restaurant and financial institution tenants.

In Barstow, progress is being made on a site & ground up, 6,400 square foot, multi-tenant building. Along with the building, there will be a new 37,000 square foot parking lot.

In Indio, a ground up 2,400 square foot building is ready to break ground. The building will house a future restaurant tenant, and is one of many buildings on a multi-acre, ongoing multi-phased project site. The overall site project will be mixed use for future retail, commercial and restaurant tenants.
