Time for some catch up with what JRB has going on in November.
Monrovia Train Depot – The project is nearing the end of construction. The canopy is complete and the interior nearing the end of it’s restoration.
Equinox Market St. (San Francisco) – SCSF is winding down, with major construction wrapping in early December.
Construction Management Corner – Marshall’s in Pasadena is moving along, 1/3 of the way through a 10-week schedule. Walls are up, rough M.E. P’s are going in, and the concrete infills have been poured. We’re also working with a long-time client on a roughly 16-acre site for future development of a shopping center in Indio, CA.
The Holidays are upon us, and JRB wanted to take the time to say that we are thankful that we have been blessed with a busy year, new & old clients, and a great team. Enjoy your time with family and loved ones this Turkey Day and from all of us at JRB, Happy Thanksgiving!
