Here at JRB, we provide a full range of services in the construction industry. This newsletter highlights some of our wide variety of skill sets.

OUT OF STATE WORK

JRB is now engaged in construction management services….outside of our home state of California. We have worked for more than 5 years with JRK at various properties they own, including the Oceana Hotel in Santa Monica. They asked us to provide oversight for 3 new projects they are working on: 2 projects in Colorado (The Cliffs @ 6th Ave West (See picture)

and The Westcliff Apartments) and 1 in Virginia(The Heritage at Freemason Harbour). Each complex is receiving a substantial makeover and we are excited to lend our expertise on these great projects. JRB is willing to go the extra mile (or miles, in this case) for our clients!

RESTAURANT SERVICES

In Los Angeles, Taco Tuesday is a REAL thing. JRB recently helped a repeat client of ours finish their taco restaurant….and it’s called Chica’s Tacos in Downtown LA. Here’s a shot of the finished product.

GETTING PROJECTS BACK ON TRACK

Keeping a project on schedule is definitely a challenge in the construction industry. Our reputation brought us in contact with Combined Properties, as they sought help on one of their projects in Hollywood. The Crown development was starting to fall behind, so the developer and general contractor asked us to complement their efforts on the project. We can now proudly say that things have indeed turned around and are back on track. Just another example of how JRB has all the tools to help our clients in the construction industry.

UPDATE ON GLENDORA

In our previous e-blast, we announced our role as Construction Manger on a shopping center in Glendora – Blog page here. The project is gaining some good attention, and The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf have announced they will occupy one of the drive-thru pads along Grand Ave. Our relationship with Champion Real Estate continues to grow, and we were even featured as a key member of their team in DDC Magazine. Look for more on this project soon….
