Monrovia Santa Fe Depot- The train depot rehab project for Samuelson and Fetter, was honored this October with a 2018 Preservation Design Award. The California Preservation Awards are a statewide hallmark, which encompasses the best of historic preservation projects. The awards ceremony includes the presentation of the Preservation Design Awards and the President’s Awards, which brought together hundreds of people this year to celebrate outstanding projects of preservation. We here at Jorgensen-Reeve Builders, are honored to have been included with the team of the City of Monrovia, Undisclosable (Architects), and Samuelson and Fetter (Developers) as well as invited to the ceremonies and recognized by the California Preservation Foundation.
