Fall is upon us and the holiday season is just around the corner. The holidays are a time for family & friends to gather together in loved ones’ homes and celebrate the year that has passed and look ahead to the next year.
We put the finishing touches on a mutli-unit residential project in the Culver City area. JRB performed a complete demo & regrade of an existing lot, and turned it into 4 single-family homes, known as the “Preuss FOUR.” For more, visit the project page.
The homes feature reclaimed hardwood floors from a tobacco barn located in Tennessee, originally built in the 1840s. The model unit also used the original barn door in its design.
The project featured many design-build elements, and was a testament to JRB’s unique approach to building. We value engineered several items to save the owners money, while also utilizing our skilled in-house labor force to cut down on subcontractor costs when possible.
