It has been a busy and productive past few months here at JRB. We have been involved in several projects in Downtown LA (DTLA), all part of the Bringing Back Broadway initiative taking place in the area. We recently showcased the Acne Studios project and would like to share with you another recently completed job – Austere. The space is located on Hill St., literally around the corner from Acne and its home, the Eastern Columbia Building. The showroom is a multi-faceted medium showcasing the best in Scandinavian design.

JRB took took what was an empty warehouse and performed a tenant improvement on the space. We transformed a dingy, dirty 2-story room into a nice shell that allowed the space to be modified per the owner’s custom needs.

JRB tailored the project so that it allowed the creativity of the tenant to show through.

The owner was very pleased with the results, and the grand opening and subsequent launch of the space was deemed a success. Evidence of this can be found in some articles concerning the opening of Austere, including stories from:

Wall Street Journal      –Vogue

Racked                       –LA Times

On a separate note, we are pleased to announce that we are in the midst of redesigning our company logo. This will go hand in hand with the launch of our new website and accompanying blog. Expect to see these changes in the next couple of months. And of course you can expect the same great service and reliability from JRB as we continue to improve our business and modify our services to accompany new technology and social platforms.

Have a wonderful day and don’t hesitate to contact us. Remember, there’s ALWAYS a solution!!
